Maintain No Gain is a six week course dedicated to helping you have a healthy holiday season by maintaining your weight! The goal of this program is for you to maintain your weight within 2 pounds throughout the holiday season, between Thanksgiving and the New Year. We also encourage you to focus on consuming 5 servings of vegetables and fruits each week, as well as continue to engage in regular physical activity. Some topics we will talk about and provide interactive activities for are:

  • Stress and Emotional Eating
  • Social Support
